Marko, they did ask, but I had my passport and my aussie drivers licence, so
they just entered a B/S social. The key was to know the last four digits of
the B/S social they entered when I called their accounts team (it is an
automated IVR system from hell); it will often be four zeros, four 9's, or
6789.
