BEST is city/state government owned. They used to generate power, as
well as buy it from Tata. Tata also sells to BSES, which was a
government concern and is now owned by Reliance power.

BEST provides citywide transport, and power to the old city. BSES
supplies power to most of the suburbs and a few suburbs have MSEB power.
