It's enough of a problem for me that if I have two scoops of ice cream instead of one, I really suffer. Or if I go to a North Indian restaurant and have too much "makhani", "shahi", or "malai" food.

Lucky I run a South-east Asian restaurant, where the use of dairy is very little. :)
