You mean you have a right to not be insulted by anyone? I think most of us
would agree that such a right is a dubious one, but unfortunately in India,
giving offence is a crime, especially with regards to religion. (Indian
Penal Code, section 295-A.) Laws like this are being exploited more and more
given that most Indian politics today is identity politics -- but that
doesn't make them right.
