Sparrow; If you are getting color your spacing is either to close or you are letting the current run away. Wtih 27 volts and 1" spacing with 3-1/2"et length you shoud be getting 10 ppm in about one hour without seeding. With 12% seeding froma previous run the time should drop to about half.
