I don't have the time to read on for the further info you posted, but I
would think this has to do with the Yahoo Toolbar. I wouldn't
recommend anyone download that, but if you already have, you can always
uninstall. Otherwise there shouldn't be anything to worry about
assuming you delete your cookies and Temporary Internet Files every day
(it's safe to delete all of each), or even as often as you sign out of
Yahoo.
