Faith- Another thing that seems to help is I have kept a bottle of
Hops/Valerian capsules by my bedside with my usual water bottle and
take it when I wake up too early. You wouldn't have to taste the
Valerian in those. It can help me go back to sleep. I haven't used it
since I started doing my homemade sauna (cost about $200 plus shipping
for heat emitters and fixtures, $30 for a couple of slatted wooden
folding chairs, $10 for a metal shelf unit we are using to hold up part
of the heaters).
