Hi Faith - its not really a big deal...

Pure ascorbic acid powder, mixed in water in a spray bottle - spray it liberally on your skin - will prevent burning (it works better than any sunscreen you ever used), but will not prevent a natural tan, though it may take a little longer... spray it on when you first go out, then every 5 or 10 minutes if you can.

A teaspoon or two in a small spray bottle is all you need...
