Hi Gail. :)I often watch those shows as well, usually discovery or something 
similar.I've come to the conclusion that its more about genetic make up and as 
you say, diet.Did you ever see those Tibetans or remote village Africans smile 
for the cameras. Would beatany TV tooth whitening commercial model hands down. 
Not doubt the nearest doctor or dentist is by plane ride.   Vitamin D and
