Who is Col. Joe? Check what out? What does gatorade have to do with lemon juice?

I should have said citric acid instead of citrus acid. What I am learning is that when something is doing good in one area, then you find out that it is doing harm in another, so I am cautious since finding out they are adding to drinks like Gataraid, mountain dew, and other products. Think they want to give us something good??

Anyway, I don't know for sure but Col. Joe presents a good case against citric acid. Check it all out and let me know what you think.

Leslie,

Lemon juice is one of the best remedies for kidney and or liver problems as the lemon juice dissolves the kidney stones. Why one earth would you think lemon juice is bad for you?

I can't see how the lemon juice would work since it is citrus acid which is bad for us. I would look elsewhere.

I was wondering about disolving the stones with the lemon juice
and tea. I have been told that the passing of the stones was the
painful part. Do you know the theory as to why they would cause
pain being dissolved? Also, someone mentioned that the lemon was
good for dissolving calcium stones. I wonder if the same would
hold true for dissolving calcium deposits elsewhere in the body?
