Dear Mike: I found sometimes a 10 PPM differences with batches brewed with same time duration. No clue as to why. With the silver instead of copper the results are consistent batch to batch.
You do not know that you have inconsistent result unless you measure things with accurate test equipment. So don't measure, don't worry, be happy.
