Not to mention the fact that all mammals who make their own vit C "in house" make ascorbic acid, not "natural" vit C with bioflavonoids. That is the convincer for me. Vit C IS ascorbic acid. Add bioflavonoids if you wish..........you can purchase ascorbic acid that is not from China, but it is very expensive, there are links to it on the vit C foundation site.
