Just out of personal curiosity, how fast did you drink the quart of
water? I find just drinking a lot of water all in one go (so to speak, I

So I had trouble with the argryia cure instructions, as it requires
drinking a quart of water with the supplements, and I just couldn't do it.
Not knowing how important it actually is to drink that much water
quickly, I gave up the whole thing, LOL.
