It IS the Puppy, with more controls.
It can do a whole lot more than I've told it to.

[Keep it Simple, Stupid]

I've already made a few, sold as custom adjustable "Zappers" [and CS makers ]
..thing is... YOU gotta figure out how to run it...your way.

I'm not really up to writing an encyclopedia of instructions..if "I" even knew what they all are. [The Q&A sessions could take YEARS and make it not profitable to do..there just is no set set of answers. ]

Lots of things in the works..too many ideas and not enough time.

On that note:
Dang..just had another one..how to determine frequency that's faster than the eye, by ear.

Well Ode, I bet if you could make one for $200--or would that be $300 with the cost of the Puppy?--you could certainly get people to demo it for you and tell you whether it works or not. Save a lot of people $700.

I bet I could duplicate the functionality of the ReBuilder by modifying a
PocketPuppy CS Generator for less than $200
Variable square wave AC Frequency, variable Current, variable DC on/off
cycles and a bypass capacitor to lop off voltage spikes ["Noise
Cancellation" ] and round off wave corners that can be a bit sharply
painful with the *sudden* changes. [The biggest spikes are generally on the
corner of the square wave ]
