Also, don't eat or use nightshades-tomatoes, bell and hot peppers (black
pepper is fine), white potatoes, eggplant, tobacco. These plants cause
inflammation in susceptible people.

 

Supplement with Vitamin K2 if you're going to eat nightshades.
