Hi Lois, I checked out oleolux as I had never heard of it before. It looks good but I would sorely miss butter as I like the sweet taste of it on things like whole grain hot cereals and I have to be careful with onions and garlic as I have turned up a food sensitivity to them in the past. I'm glad it serves you well.
One thing I saw on the site, I believe, was that the supreme coconut oil is for taking unheated and they have one that is one grade down that is used for cooking. I'm glad you are doing better.
