I wonder if it is the salt in the celery that is so helpful?

Celery Juice was recommended a long time ago on "Tracy's corner" . I put a
couple of Celery stalks and a little water in a blendor to make a slurry and
slurp it down. Occassionally I will add a carrot (for taste).Any twinges I
felt in my toes or knees are gone overnight. A friend claimed healing a
migraine. Your mileage may vary :-)
