Only if you believe that CS interferes with the immune response... What evidence is there for this? Most vaccines are of inactivated/killed whole organisms. What will CS do to these? The attenuated whole organism vaccines are able to replicate, and do not require booster shots. Perhaps CS will kill these, but then one could never take CS if the continued protection of the vaccine is required. Other vaccines contain bits of organisms that elicit immune responses or have bits attached to different organisms which are able to replicate. Whether CS affects these to the detriment of immune response is questionable. The immune response must deal even with dead organisms in a chain reaction, one response eliciting another until finally the debris is digested or expelled. All CS does is disable the organism's ability to reproduce, thus lessening the load on the immune system, which still has to deal with the infection in the normal way. Is that so? Comments?
