Hi Ole Bob, So this means a lesser generating time? Have you any ideas about preservation using CS and PH balance. I read that if you mix herbs that are acid with CS it rapidly changes colour, through to red. Do you know what is happening here, and does it lose it's preservation properties. Can I expect green stuff.
