Thanks Robert, By the way, is a GFI going to be a problem? It doesn't seem like it would since the current to ground should still be zero if all goes as planned. I just wanted to make sure. There is a neon sign place in my town. I'll check there first. A new transformer wouldn't be out of my reach financially.
