I enjoy talking about your stools. HA HA. Anyway, it's good to be
observant. Who knows. Don't be fooled, no one really knows. Everyone likes
to say they know but you have to treat hundreds of different people and
monitor all the results to really vocalize with any authority. Each person
is a different riddle. What works for someone else, could hinder you or visa
versa. Sounds like a cop out but I assure you this is the truth. One person
uses 3 tablespoons. Another 3 gallons. By the way, there are people cured
of major problems by taking a gallon a day at 10 PPM. Was it unnecessary? I
don't think so...especially if you are dying and the docs have all given up.
I don't suggest taking CS unless you have a problem that can't be corrected
by diet alone. After that, who cares. I mean, if you have cancer or some
severe disease, what have you to lose? Three tablespoons isn't doing jack
squat to your body unless you have a high PPM and high PPM does given
different results whether necessary or unnecessary.

If it's one thing you have to drill into your head: CS is still a mystery.
Listen to one person exclusively and you're up the creek. You'll have to
listen and try..trial and error and take some "risk"?? based on how bad your
condition is.
