Well, crud,  I was thinking of getting a TDS to see if measuring dissolved
solids could tell me what the H*** is going on here---my DW (various brands)
reads fine on the PWT, testing at .3 to .9 uS for different jugs, but the CS
is turning yellow. So it seems that there is something in the water that
does not show up tested with a PWT. It looks like the TDS isn't accurate
enough to tell me anything useful though, after reading what Trem and Ken
have to say about it.
My Hanna PWT was purchased from Trem at silvergen, and came with some very
helpful extra instructions and info.
