Probably not. I'm eating a lot less carbs than I used to, but lately
I've not been limiting them enough to be ketogenic on any kind of
regular basis.

Right.

About 6 fresh lemons or limes and a cup or so of grade "B" maple syrup
to make about 60 ounces of "lemonade." Drink in place of all food. Add
cayenne pepper to taste and drink a cup of herbal laxative tea once or
twice a day if desired.

"Drop weight quickly" is different than "drop *FAT* quickly." That's
where you gotta be careful. Between fluid and muscle loss, you can drop
a lot of "weight" really fast, but that's not going to make you
healthier.

Be well,
