I buy my MSM in powdered form from the Horse Feed store, about 10.00 per lb.. I started off with two heaping teaspoons, one am and one pm. Now only take one per day. No pain.....Had bad arthritis in both knees and neck.....If no feed store near go to: http://www.msm-msm.com
