CS is also light sensitive so it should be stored in a colored glass bottle. I used an empty prune bottle that holds about a quart that's how much I make up each session and use out of that. Any colored glass bottle will do.
Light slowly takes the charge off of the silver particle in suspension that's why you need to store it in colored glass bottles. The alternative would be to store the solution in clear glass but keep it in the dark, like a closet or medicine cabinet. I prefer the colored glass though just as an extra measure of safety.
