Hi Rob,
There is a popular nasal spray bottle containing "Ocean" (physiological saline
solution) and most drugstores have a generic. I'd suggest purchasing a bottle,
remove lid & spout, drain the salt water, rinse with little distilled water,
drain & fill with your CS--replace spout & Voila! You now hold CS in a dropper
bottle or spray bottle. You can either drop 2 or 3 drops into nostril & hold
head down so the CS will drain into the sinuses, allowing it to remain there
for a few minutes so you don't have to over-use; OR you can spray 1 spray into
a nostril, stop up other nostril & sniff once or twice, repeat spray into other
nostril & sniff--do this 2 sprays in each and sniff several times in each
nostril. If headaches accompany, fold cloth or paper towel to about 4" x 12",
wet with CS, remove eye glasses (if you wear them) sit & lean head back,
placing wetted cloth across forehead & over eyes--leave in place a few minutes
& relief should occur--Do NOT allow these treatments to replace your several
daily CS doses in divided mouthful doses (holding & slightly swishing in mouth
for 1 to 2 minutes (to allow some CS to penetrate under tongue & directly into
bloodstream) then swallow remainder. In a few days I would hope you don't even
realize you have sinuses--if you continue the ORAL dosage & occasional nasal
spray/with sniffing when needed.
Best regards,

Does anyone know where I can get some bottles for nasal ingestion of CS? I
have been looking online but I have had no success. What does everyone else
use??? Thanks
