I don't have a reference, but I have seen references that talk about CS
killing bugs, so until I see otherwise, I will assume it kills all bugs.  CS
will not know that a bug is good or bad.  But, if CS actually strengthens
our immune system, rather that just being a bug killer, then our immune
system will know not to go after our good bugs.

Whatever the case, I have not heard of any side effects that would indicate
that our good bugs are killed off.

I will listen and learn.
