Hi Raine, One of our top List Experts, Ode, has given dependable excellent advice--to which I'd add in answer to your question, "Is this any good?" Please don't waste this, but Do Learn from it. I'd recommend that you use this CS for cleaning aound the house, adding to pet's water, spraying on plants, etc--Not for oral dosing.
