Interestingly, in those cases where CS was combined with Gatorade, the favorable response was measurably reduced----indicating a consequential degree of chloride combination with some of the ionic component-----possibly.

## That could be because the Gatoraid enhanced absorption so much that it never reached where the infection was directly. Since particulate silver doesn't dissolve in Gatoraid, it worked better than 'ionic' silver, but both would probably work equally well without the Gatoraid.

After repeated vomiting and a good case of the runs [dire rear] and copious amounts of water to flush the system [from both ends ? ], there's probably not much stomach acid left for a while to make AgCl .
AgCl kills germs too, just not as well.

I haven't seen any experiments that prove that AgCl is *actually* made, or that it's not a transitional stage in a mix of reactions in the biological soup. Could that be one of those "of course" ..no need to even question it, but unproven theories ?

If an ion selective probe is used to find ionic silver in the blood and none is found...and AgCl is at least partially ionic...what IS in there vs the assertion of what's not?
"The rest of the story" has never been told.
