HI Deborah, I can't tell you much about it. I'm just taking the Matrix supplements I got from Huggins and crew after my dental revision based on their analysis of my blood chemistry, and not really bothering to analyze them yet. Their claim is that the minerals they sell are each in several different bioavailable chemical forms so that, no matter what's wrong with you, at least *one* of them will be absorbed and used by your system. I think the good forms are mostly organic chelates. The non- bioavailable forms generally are inorganic. In the case of calcium, mostly rocks, like dolomite. The Huggins supplements are usually rather low potency and used sparingly compared to what we're used to. This is supposed to be because they are so bioavailable you don't need as much.
