If you are getting a 404 no record of ITSP when you place a call to a
remote user, something is likely wrong with the configuration as this
message is generated by sipXbridge and it shouldn't become involved in
this call.  Please turn on DEBUG level debugging for sipXregistrar and
sipXproxy and generate a snapshot of the system and send it over to me.
