Just check the log inside sipx, it is claimed "404 no record of ITSP. Check confiugration". Where shall I check inside sipx ?

The call initiated from remote worker to intranet sip phone was well done, whereas, when call originates from intranet sip phone to remote worker, it is always forwarded to voicemail by announcement of called party unavailable.
