Everything. That si "NOT" the way to do that.

1. Undo what you did.
2. Have the ZIP file from Polycom with the firmware version.

Deactivate any polycom firmware currently there.
4. Create a new upload and send the ZIP file to it.
5. Activate it via sipxconfig.

Send the phone a reboot so it will get the new firmware.

Firmware above 3.1.3 is not suggested.
