We are not using split tunnel on our VPN connections. All internet traffic
routes thru our courthouse connection once the VPN is established. I had my
network engineer see if there were any firewall issues that may be causing
problem. He added a rule that might help. I have an email into the remote
user, asking them to call my cell phone using the SIP trunk. I'll post my
results.

I'll also dig thru (unless someone knows the url off hand) and find the
instructions for doing a merge.xml (it's been a while...)

Is your VPN setup with split tunnel or no split tunnel?
