We are not using split tunnel on our VPN connections. All internet traffic routes thru our courthouse connection once the VPN is established. I had my network engineer see if there were any firewall issues that may be causing problem. He added a rule that might help. I have an email into the remote user, asking them to call my cell phone using the SIP trunk. I'll post my results.
