You could probably do that now with a simple cron job.

I'll be happy to write up a feature request and will try to
figure out how to do so.  Actually I don't want sipX to
monitor any email queues, just send the message to the email
address requested and not put the message in the VM store at
all and not light any MW lights nor keep futher track of the
message.  That is, do exactly what is now done with the
email when sipx is asked to send a copy to an email address,
but do not place a copy in the VM store.
