Hi Michael,

Thank you for your reply.

For the Cisco phone the default is g711ulaw codec. AFAIK, polycom use g722
as preferred codec.

In Gateway > Voice Codec, I selected g711ulaw and g723.1.
g711ulaw is on top of g723.1.

For the Phones > Polycom, I selected g711ulaw as preferred over g722.
For the Phones > Cisco, I selected g711 ulaw as preferred over g723.1

I applied/send the profile to the phones and gateway, restart the sipxecs
services, phones and my Audiocodes as well.

But the problem remained. Whenever you make a call from Polycom, the IVR
will prompt automatically and says "The extension is not available".

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

Thanks in advance.

Rhon
