This is huge...anyone tested it yet? * VOP now supports sipXecs parking extension with monitoring.*
You can now transfer a call to a parking extension by a simple drag and drop. You can retrieve a parked call by dialing *4X (where X is the parking extension number). The caller/ee ID will be automatically updated. You can also use our intercept feature to retrieve the call by right-clicking on the parking extension and selecting: Intercept If you prefer to use *4X, you can add a retrieve extension (quick dial) to the parking extension by right-clicking on it and entering "*4X" (replace X with the parking extension number) in: Contact > Add > Phone. Parking extensions can be monitored by adding them to the RLS (speed dial section) at sipXecs.
