If it's worth it to Tony, I don't have any problem with that. I only mentioned what I've learned as I go or was told. Either way, what's interesting so far is that our weekend got wasted because it's not working. Flowroute and Voip.ms both work fine but appia only works one way. I responded to the original ticket where they told me someone would be keeping an eye on it all weekend and guess what, I've not heard from anyone since sending the reply. I was told by sales to call instead of emailing if I wanted faster service but when I asked support about that, they snickered that someone in sales would tell me that. I hate being in the middle all the time.
