Further to my previous email:
It seems the anchored note window does appear when the document's window got 
the focus by clicking into it before pressing Shift-Apple-F. If you switch to 
it using Shift-Apple-<, it does not appear.
Sometimes the Dock does not reappear when coming out of full screen mode, but 
don't know how to reproduce.
