Nah, didn't change the behaviour.
BTW (note for future release), there are a few pixels at the top of the toolbar 
that could be shaved off. And since the shortcut ⌘-⌃-f doesn't seem to be used 
otherwise in Skim it could well be the one for fullscreen.
