I've got an original edition "The C Programming Language" by
Kernighan/Ritchie.  Do I win a door prize?  It even has a geeky
attribution to a machine opposite the index.  "This book was set in
Times Roman and Courier 12 by the authors, using a Graphic Systems
phototypesetter driven by a PDP-11/70 running under the UNIX operating
system"

Olden days equivalent of "No microsoft products were used in the
creation, hosting or serving of these web pages"?
