You misunderstood my meaning of the word 'server'. I meant on that is
masquerading the cable link for use by the internal lan.

My question was not one of anything unrelated to the cable link. I
wasn't asking if Optus would allow me to run a 'quake server for me and
my flatmate' etc... I was asking about *IP masquerading*.
