Oh please...

I'm sure he didn't mean that the Linux box would return "NT 4.0 sp3 /
IIS 4.0" if queried, or that it would crash every 5 minutes and reboot
when someone moves the mouse!

He simply meant that it would not show the existance of services, in the
same way that Windows (9x) wouldn't show any services because it doesn't
have any!!
