Craig,

The real problem is that they are a client of us BUT do some work
we do as well. Here comes the problem as they now (because of that person)
use information which is ours (copyrighted) and the next company has
a problem if they use it ....
Our problem now is how to tell them without looking like people who
just want to run around pointing fingers ......

... and yes I want to protect OUR information as well!
