Accepted. We'll have the vote at the October meeting. Anyone interested in speaking at the meeting on behalf of one of the 4 options, please let us know. Note that option B requires 3 volunteers to moderate the list for at least 12 months, or the list will revert to option A. The motion as it stands is: Vote to modify the mailing list policy to one of: a) Leaving it alone. b) Moving to a moderated list. c) Changing it to a members only list. d) Changing it to a financial members only list. Unless there is a speaker willing to address the meeting on behalf of an option, it will be removed from the list before the vote.
