I was under the impression that you couldnt just grab a virtual host
file and move it from one to the other.

Im sure you can get norton ghost or something and do some great hacks
to pull it out and put it into the other.

however, both have different virtual hardware, and vmware is the only
one with virtual smp (real handy for converting legacy nt4 machines to
virtual machines)
