Well I just finished installing eeebuntu on the Mrs' EEE-PC 901, it works
incredibly well; WPA2 worked out of the box, 3g connection through her Nokia
3110, Compiz and its flashyness, and the Kernal was installed correctly.

Thanks everyone for your advice. The only reason we went eeebuntu was the
Mrs Didn't want the cut down desktop, she wanted the full thing. She didn't
like the macosx style dock but got rid of it and runs the standard eeebuntu
gnome desktop, it is good to have all the same apps she has on her main
laptop.

4gb /
16gb /home
I saw things that said it is best to avoid a swap to reduce ware on the
sd/ssd.

Now to get me one :)
