I have downloaded the Utility and will go through my radio's tomorrow or this weekend. I have them all in a box next to my desk, but I have been working getting customers up that have faulty units. Dan P already sent in a message about the issues we saw today with the SM not associating after it heats up. I just havn't had time to through my stack of dead radio's to make sure they are truely dead. I am planning on making time to do this if my current customers stay stable tomorrow. At least it isn't Friday the 13th tomorrow.
So do I run this file after I get into the radio. By the way you talked about the Air Bridge Indoor, but I only have Outdoors. Does this program work with the ABO's also.
Thanks for you help Alex. Keep up the good work guys. We have stopped sales as of today, but we are here for the long run as we know you guys will make it right. We plan on opening sales once we see a more stable box. The first 5 months we great and we hardly ever saw an issue. The radio's were rock solid, but the last few months have been hell.
Thanks SB Team...........Dan

Hi Wyoming,
We are sorry to hear that few of your airBridges are not working, in
order to help us do some tracking with the date of manufacture and also
batch of shipment to every distributor. Please provide the list of MAC
addresses which are not working and also the distributor from where you
have purchased them.
Does these airBridges Indoor has powershot that came along? Does the
unit get very warm over time? Please use attached recovery utility to
default it and see if it help. When install, if there is error about
missing dll, please use attached and install it in windows\system32\.
Please perform this test to see whether it help before RMA.
