Don't send them to Electrocomm.  We have 2 totals in RMA there now and I was
told by Debbie that they always ship the new orders out first and RMAs
second.  This is completely wrong.  We have 4 Totals on the shelf, I am
hoping none of them will need to go back.

working on getting their Quality up.
