Yes, the UPS is up top, so that rules out using the breaker. Actually, what we ended up doing was running continuous ping on them to keep them alive until the new units got here from smartBridges.
We put up our new APPOs from Singapore last night about midnight and so far, so good. All of them are up and running, everyone is associated and working great. I will let you guys know if we have any problems with the new APPOs direct from Singapore that supposedly have new flash memory chips in them. Thanks for everyone's help, Gloria ----- Original Message ----- From: "Blazen Wireless" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Saturday, August 30, 2003 12:19 PM Subject: Re: [smartBridges] help with APPO problem > Yes she described that a few posts ago.. > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Ray" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Saturday, August 30, 2003 10:07 AM > Subject: Re: [smartBridges] help with APPO problem > > > UPS up top I believe. > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Stuart Pierce" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > Sent: Saturday, August 30, 2003 10:00 AM > Subject: Re: [smartBridges] help with APPO problem > > > > If you can just flip the breaker at the bottom to turn the power off, why > do you need to climg to reset the units ? > > > > Or am I not caught up on emails. > > > > ;) > > > > ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- > > From: "Gloria Vester" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > > Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > Date: Sat, 23 Aug 2003 13:39:56 -0500 > > > > >Marlon, > > >My AC runs up the water tower from a breaker at the base of the tower. > There is an AC outlet in my NEMA box with the UPS plugged into it, a power > strip into that, with all the power supplies and the D-Link switch plugged > into that.
